Pacific'o on the Beach

So good that my wife and I went to Pacific'O five times during our honeymoon. Twice for brunch, twice for lunch, and once for dinner. Every visit was a revelation. The ingredients are so fresh and the dishes and drinks are so unique and delicious. If that wasn't already enough, the service is also impeccable. The servers put in a lot of effort to make us feel like old friends. They remembered us after just one visit! If that's STILL not enough to convince you, the location is amazing. You can eat mere feet away from the ocean - it's gorgeous. My wife and I ate at a lot of wonderful restaurants on our honeymoon, but Pacific'O was our favorite, hands down.

I am so glad we stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant. The food was exceptional and you could tell the chefs were passionate about their craft. They source their food, drinks and cocktail garnishes locally.The sunset alone is worth stopping in but the cocktails are second to none. The bartenders are amazing! They are super attentive and seem like they authentically get along with one another.We weren’t in for a full meal but we saw several go out to tables and everything looked exquisite. We had the sashimi which was Ono and the beet salad. Both 10/10!We will definitely make a point to come back here. Oh and did I mention the sunset? :)

This was the first restaurant we dined at during our recent (and 1st) trip to Maui, and it was wonderful! (We actually showed up late to a corporate event because I did not want to miss out on a meal here, and it was booked for the remainder of our stay.) We were seated at an outside table with amazing views – the evening was gorgeous! We started with the Hen Mouse, the O’o Farm Mixed Olives and the Cheese Board which were all delicious. For my entrée, I ordered the Grilled Fish Mai-Tai (so flaky and light) and my husband enjoyed the Lemongrass Curry. Excellent cuisine, top-notch service and amazing views. This farm-to-table restaurant is one you will not want to miss!

Excellent high end restaurant. We went for a sunset dinner. Creative craft cocktails, amazing dinner and desserts that will leave you wanting more. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location on the beach is perfect.

We were on our honeymoon and wanted to be treated to a fine dining experience and it was nothing short of world-class!If available, I’d highly recommend getting the outdoor dining experience and a reservation before 530 if available. The sun sets around 630/7 and this is perfect timing as you wind down your evening for dessert. Our server, Davide was absolutely delightful and he was able to take sunset pictures for us.Davide had plenty of recommendations for pairing drinks with our food and extremely knowledgeable with the ingredients of each dish. We ended up choosing the lemongrass curry fish trio, mushroom risotto, and beef short ribs.The Lemongrass Curry had the fresh catches of the day (3 types of fish) which were cooked to perfection. The curry had a good amount of kick and the vegetables were cooked just right. The Mushroom Risotto was immaculate! Risotto tends to be heavy and super rich, but chef definitely knows how to make it feel light. Density of the cream with the mixture of locally grown grains was perfectly married.The Short Ribs with the chilli-Dijon sauce packed a punch and was cooked beautifully. Paired with a creamy mash and vegetables, this dish was nothing short of inspiring.To end off the evening, we had the tropical pavlova, and the carrot cake. Each was done delicately and both were very light. I’d recommend both depending on your specialities.Overall our evening was exquisite!Compliments to both the chef and Davide for making our evening so wonderfully enjoyable. Can’t beat the views either!

The best meal we’ve had on Maui thus far. From an impeccable check-in with the hostesses, to a knowledgeable waitress and a friendly check-in from the manager, the service was top-notch professional all-around. The food was some of the best we’ve had on Maui - fresh, local, organic and full of flavor -. I had the beef short ribs and my beautiful wife had blackened fish. Both were delicious and we would order again. We had the beet salad and Brussels sprout appetizers, side of french fries, and for dessert vanilla ice cream and the tropical fruit paplova. All were exceptional. Top it off with a beautiful sunset, king tides lapping at the shores, and crashing waves on the horizon - this is a special spot in Maui for sure.

I never give ANY place 5 stars across the board. I had the blacken Mahi-Mahi and to my Cajun friends, it passes. Simply perfect! The wife had the grilled swordfish, again it was simply perfect.The chocolate bread pudding was delicious!Our server John was also perfect, knew when to show up, and when not to!

Everything was delicious. Salads were so fresh and tasty. Risotto was fantastic too. My husband had the chicken and he loved it. Dessert was great and their coffee was the perfect balance for the sweetness. We also purchased a bag of their coffee to take home. Location and service were outstanding. Absolutely recommended! You can't go wrong with this restaurant.
